To Remove The Unit Menu From The Screen For A Larger Picture Width:
1. Click on view on the main menu bar.
2. Click on large view.
To Add The Unit Menu On The Screen and Decrease The Pictures Width:
1. Click on view on the main menu bar.
2. Click on large view.

Click on the show menu button 
in the upper right hand corner of the drawing screen
Use large view to turn the unit menu (list of cabinets on the right) on and off. This is useful to get a full screen picture of your design. It is also useful in the 3-D section. Units cannot be placed with the unit menu off, to turn the unit menu back on click on view on the main menu bar and then large view. This is a simple feature of KCDw® to allow you a clearer and less cluttered view of your design.
