Price Reports

Main Help  Table of Contents  Previous  Next

Price reports allow you to make changes to the way your price sheet looks. By editing them you can increase the size of fonts, change the style of fonts and more. Some of the information in price reports should not be changed. One example of these items are any lines with the word #Subtotal on it. This line is calculating the running cost for the job, if you were to delete this line there would be no price given.

Any line in the reports that has a comma (,) in front is a note line. This line is here for additional help and does not affect the report in any way. Making changes to these lines doesn't change the price sheet. Refer to these lines for help about the particular report you are in.

There are a few types of lines that can be used in reports:

Print Text                Allows you to print words on the price sheet. They can be combined with set variables to print a calculation, formula, or cost.
Print Font Size        Allows you to increase or decrease the size of words.
Print Font Name        Allows you to change the style of words. You can choose another font type.
Print Group                Prints the list of cabinets on the job.
Group                Groups all of the cabinets on the current job.
Sort                        Sorts the cabinets on the job in a particular order
Set                        Can be used to set an item to a cost, variable, or other formula.
