Make Wall #1 Active Now that we have placed three walls on the design we are ready to place some cabinets. Make wall #1 Active by Clicking on wall #1 or type the number 1 on your keyboard to make wall #1 active. Wall #1 needs to be the active wall so that we can begin designing on it. Furthermore, it is best to be at the elevation view (front view) of the wall to design on it. After you have made wall #1 active click on view on the main menu bar and then click on elev-floor to switch views (keyboard shortcut is V V ).
Drag & Drop Design of Cabinet #1: 1. Click on Refrigerator on the unit menu found under the appliances heading. 2. Move the mouse pointer at the beginning of the wall until the message area displays location 0. 3. Click and hold the left mouse button down. 4. Drag the mouse to the right until the message area displays unit width 33. 5. Release the left mouse button. 6. Make any changes you want on the unit screen. 7. Click the OK button to place the unit. Move the mouse pointer towards the right of the sink base until the message area displays location 107. 3. Click and hold the left mouse button down. 4. Drag the mouse to the right until the message area displays unit width 43. 5. Release the left mouse button. 6. Make any changes you want on the unit screen. 7. Click the OK button to place the unit. Move the mouse pointer above the refrigerator at the left edge of the wall until the message area displays location 0. 3. Click and hold the left mouse button down. 4. Drag the mouse to the right until the message area displays unit width 33. 5. Release the left mouse button. 6. In the sizes window change the height of the unit is 21. 7. Drag & Drop Design of Cabinet #7: 1. Click on Top Cabinet on the unit menu found under the top units heading. 2. Move the mouse pointer towards the right edge of the top refrigerator cabinet until the message area displays location 33. 3. Click and hold the left mouse button down. 4. Drag the mouse to the right until the message area displays unit width 33. 5. Release the left mouse button. 6. Make any changes you want on the unit screen. 7. Click the OK button to place the unit. Drag & Drop Design of Cabinet #8: 1. Click on Valance on the unit menu found under the top units heading. 2. Move the mouse pointer towards the right edge of the top cabinet until the message area displays location 66. 3. Click and hold the left mouse button down. 4. Drag the mouse to the right until the message area displays unit width 50. 5. Release the left mouse button. 6. Make any changes you want on the unit screen. 7. Click the OK button to place the unit. Drag & Drop Design of Cabinet #9: 1. Click on Window on the unit menu found at the top of the menu. 2. Move the mouse pointer towards the right edge of the top cabinet (leave a 3" space between the top cabinet and the window) until the message area displays location 69. 3. Click and hold the left mouse button down. 4. Drag the mouse to the right until the message area displays unit width 44. 5. Release the left mouse button. 6. Scroll down the sizes window and type in a 1 for show curtains. 7. Scroll down the sizes window and type in a 1 for show blinds. 8. Click the OK button to place the unit. Elevation view Wall #1
Drag & Drop Design of Cabinet #10: 1. Click on Right Blind Corner Top on the unit menu found under the top units heading. 2. Move the mouse pointer towards the right edge of the valance until the message area displays location 116. 3. Click and hold the left mouse button down. 4. Drag the mouse to the right until the message area displays unit width 34. 5. Release the left mouse button. 6. Make any changes you want on the unit screen. 7. Click the OK button to place the unit. Make wall #2 Active by Clicking on the angled lines in the large rectangle to the right ( wall #2 butts into wall #1 here) or type the number 2 on your keyboard to make wall #2 active. We need to make this wall active because we are done designing on wall #1 for now and want to move on to wall #2.

Drag the mouse to the right until the message area displays unit width 16. 5. Release the left mouse button. 6. Make any changes you want on the unit screen. 7. Click the OK button to place the unit.

Move the mouse pointer towards the right edge of the base cabinet until the message area displays location 40. 3. Click and hold the left mouse button down. 4. Drag the mouse to the right until the message area displays unit width 30. 5. Release the left mouse button. 6. Make any changes you want on the unit screen. 7. Click the OK button to place the unit.

Drag & Drop Design of Cabinet #15: 1. Click on Top Cabinet (Stove) on the unit menu found under the top units heading. 2. Move the mouse pointer towards the right edge top cabinet until the message area displays location 40. 3. Click and hold the left mouse button down. 4. Drag the mouse to the right until the message area displays unit width 30. 5. Release the left mouse button. 6. Scroll down the size menu if needed and change the height to 20 by clicking on the height line and typing 20. 7. Click the OK button to place the unit.

Move the mouse pointer towards the right edge of the top cabinet under the stove cabinet until the message area displays location 40. 3. Click and hold the left mouse button down. 4. Drag the mouse to the right until the message area displays unit width 30. 5. Release the left mouse button. 6. Make any changes you want on the unit screen. 7. Click the OK button to place the unit. Move the mouse pointer towards the right edge of the stove hood until the message area displays location 70. 3. Click and hold the left mouse button down. 4. Drag the mouse to the right until the message area displays unit width 50. 5. Release the left mouse button. 6. Make any changes you want on the unit screen. 7. Click the OK button to place the unit. Make wall #3 Active by Clicking on the right edge of wall #2 ( wall #2 butts into wall #3 here) or type the number 3 on your keyboard to make wall #3 active. We need to make this wall active because we are done designing on wall #2 for now and want to move on to wall #3.

Move the mouse pointer towards the right edge of the cabinet on the other wall until the message area displays location 24. 3. Click and hold the left mouse button down. 4. Drag the mouse to the right until the message area displays unit width 55.25. 5. Release the left mouse button. 6. Make any changes you want on the unit screen. 7. Click the OK button to place the unit.
Drag & Drop Design of Cabinet #19: 1. Click on Base Panel Right on the unit menu found under the base panels heading. 2. Move the mouse pointer towards the right edge of the base cabinet until the message area displays location 79 1/4. 3. Click and hold the left mouse button down. 4. Drag the mouse to the right until the message area displays unit width .75. 5. Release the left mouse button. 6. Scroll down the size window and change Counter Top (ctop) Right Overhang to 4 by clicking on that line and typing in 4 on the keyboard. 7. Click on Raised Square Panel End for the type of panel 8. We now would like to place a paneled back on the back of the peninsula. To do this we need to make the back of wall #3 active. Remember, you need to place units on the correct walls, one wall at a time. You are able to design on the front or back of walls but the front or back needs to be active before you begin to design. To make the back of a wall active right click on the wall from the elevation of the front of the wall (or type the letter B and then the wall #). In this case right click on any open part of the front of wall #3 or type B3 on the keyboard.

Move the mouse pointer towards the right edge of the wall until the message area displays location 0. 3. Click and hold the left mouse button down. 4. Drag the mouse to the right until the message area displays unit width 80. 5. Release the left mouse button. 6. Scroll down the openings window and click on 5 SRP Panels for 5 square raised panels. 7. Scroll down the sizes window and click on counter top (ctop) front overhang and type 8, also click on left counter top (ctop) overhang and type in 4. 8. Click the OK button to place the unit.
