Units to Include
You can select units to run a parts report based on which room they are in, which library the units were created from, or any other manner you like.
| • | Click on the Parts Menu Item |
| • | Click on the Units to Include |
| • | On the right you will see a listing off all the units on the job, they should initially be highlighted. Parts will only be created for highlighted items. If you click on an item it will unhighlight, click on it again it will be highlighted again. |
| • | You can selectively choose which units to highlight or if you have more than one room, or you have units from more than one library, you can click on those listings, and it will automatically highlight the proper units. |
Above is an example of the Units to Include screen. At the right all the units in the job are listed and currently highlighted. You can individually select what units you want to run parts for just by clicking on them. Or you can look on the left for shortcuts, Clicking on a room, will cause only the items in that room to highlight. Clicking on a library, will cause only the items in the library to highlight.
