Windows Vista
If you have having trouble installing KCDw Software on a Windows Vista machine, you should make sure you have done two things.
First make sure you have 2 gigabytes of RAM. Windows Vista uses a great deal of RAM and needs to have at least 2 gigabytes to operate effectively.
Secondly, make sure you have down loaded the latest Windows Vista updates, you can do that through Windows Vista by clicking on the Windows update option.
Once you have done these things KCDw should install and run properly. If you have trouble accessing the help files in KCDw while running Vista, make sure you have downloaded the latest version of version 8.
NOTE: Version 7 or below users will not be able to access the help while using Windows Vista. Microsoft is working on a fix for this and you should check out their website regarding using Winhelp in Windows Vista.
