Message: "HASP Driver too old"

Some users have received a message that reads in part "HASP Driver too old" then it won't let you load KCDw. This comes up at time after doing an update, either from our web page or through the program. The fix for this problem is relatively simple.

Step 1: Go to Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer), you can get there by RIGHT clicing on the START button and then clicking Explore.

Step 2: Locate MyComputer on the left hand side of Windows Explorer, double click on that. Then on the right hand side look for you C Drive. Double click on that.

Step 3: Locate the KCDw folder in the right hand window. NOTE: if you installed KCDw in a place other than the default location, you will need to find that in Windows Explorer.

Step 4: In the KCDw folder, scroll through the list of files and look for HDD32. Double click on that. It should run a utility that will update your driver. Just keep click NEXT until you come to FINISH. You are done!!! KCDw should run properly now.
